Q: How Do Estimates, Assessments, and Scheduling Work?

Estimates are always free. Many estimates can be provided virtually using photos, video, or a brief description. In some cases, an in-person assessment is needed to properly evaluate the scope of work. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. For smaller or standalone projects, we schedule an on-site assessment appointment to review the work and provide an accurate estimate. These visits are not work appointments and are used strictly for evaluation and planning. We maintain a $135 minimum project threshold for this type of service to ensure projects are a good fit before moving forward. After the assessment, a detailed estimate is sent through our system outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Once an estimate is approved, a deposit is required to secure your place on our schedule, regardless of project size. Work is scheduled only after the estimate and deposit are received. Whenever possible, projects are priced as a flat rate, so you know the estimated cost upfront before any work begins.
